SITUATION:  The property is located in the heart of the village of Halberton between the two market towns of Tiverton and Cullompton.  The village has an interesting historic past and enjoys the Grand Western Canal country park running through it.  The property itself is believed to be of cob and stone construction and has much character which can only really be appreciated through viewing.  In addition to the significant internal refurbishment that has been completed by the current vendors they have also re-rendered the front elevation in traditional lime morter and lime wash, replaced lintels and renewed the chimney stack.
