"The seaside town of Teignmouth offers a wide variety of local amenities including shops, bars and restaurants and local schooling along with sandy beaches and the Teign estuary, a popular location for numerous water sports activities. Access to the capital via the main line train station is very convenient as too is the regular bus service to Exeter and Newton Abbot and via the A380, A38 and the M5, road access across the region also very accessible.

Daimonds Lane is located a short walk from the town centre, sea front and pier and enjoys a traditional cottage layout arranged over two floors. The ground floor comprises of a lounge, separate dining room and kitchen to the rear whilst the first floor plays host to two double bedrooms and a spacious bathroom. There is also a useful southwest facing courtyard garden at the rear. It is fair to say that the property is in need of modernisation, however is bound to attract a good deal of interest as its an ideal cottage for someone to stamp their own mark on as a private dwelling, holiday home or investment property.
