"UNEXPECTEDLY REAVAILABLE! A charming detached house located in a popular residential area of Tavistock. This deceptively large, three bedroom home has been well maintained by the current owners but offers some opportunity for improvement. Set on a level plot, the property benefits from a driveway for two cars, a large conservatory, and an attractive formal garden.

You enter the house into a central hall which runs down the length of the property with a large storage cupboard and cloakroom. The kitchen and dining room are located at the front of the house which are open plan off the hall with a tiled floor throughout. The kitchen affords a gas hob, electric oven and side door. There is a separate utility room with a second side door that opens onto a side courtyard. The large living room enjoys a feature fireplace and patio doors that open into the conservatory. The conservatory which was added in 2020 spans 21 across the rear of the house offering a great place to relax and enjoy the beautiful garden.
