DESCRIPTION
12 Palstone Lodge is built to a very high standard. The hardwood double glazed and centrally heated two bedroomed accommodation is bright and generously proportioned and includes a well appointed kitchen with built-in stainless steel appliances. There is a conservatory and wrap-around decked area, which is set amongst wonderful specimen trees and shrubs.To conclude; 12 Palstone Lodge is a well above average holiday home of genuine quality and style in a most accessible and private setting.

SITUATION
Palstone Lodges is a small and highly selective holiday lodge development in secure gated landscaped grounds approached through a gate entry system. The site is planted with a wonderful range of mature specimen trees in the style of an aboretum. Situated on large plots, each enjoying a high degree of privacy, Palstone Lodge is on a small exclusive and totally non commercial park located 1¼ miles from the South Brent exit of the A38 dual carriageway, providing fast links to Plymouth, Exeter and beyond . South Brent village is about 1 mile and offers a range of interesting shops and services. To the north of Palstone is the unspoilt wilderness of Dartmoor with outstanding opportunities for walking and riding, whilst to the south is the beautiful South Hams countryside and the lovely historic towns of Totnes, Dartmouth, Kingsbridge and Salcombe.
