" Lockyer Lodge is a delightful development of 40 one and two bedroom retirement apartments, built in 2021, located in the heart of Sidford with glorious views across the Sid Valley and Salcombe Hill.

The apartment is accessed via a secure main entrance with intercom and video screening to your television, if desired. Stairs and a lift provide access to apartment 30 where the property is situated towards the end of the corridor. Once in the property, the entrance hall is a great size, with a large storage cupboard to your left. The spacious dual-aspect sitting dining room is a real feature of the property and offers glorious views over Salcombe Hill. There is a ‘Juliet‘ balcony and ample space for a dining table and chairs. The separate kitchen is fitted with a range of grey fronted cupboards and drawers both at base and eye level whilst including a range of integrated modern appliances including a washerdryer, built-in electric hob, oven and fridge freezer.

The bedroom is a particularly good size allowing plenty of space for furniture and benefitting from a walk-in wardrobe cupboard. The shower room is well-appointed and fitted with a modern white suite. The property is heated via a communal, ground source heat pump system serving both heating and hot water, the charges for which are included in the Service Charge. The windows and balcony door are uPVC framed, double glazed units.

To the outside, the beautifully landscaped communal gardens are maintained to a high standard and there is ample owners parking.
