"A conveniently situated three bedroom semi-detached house with a rear garden that enjoys a southerly aspect.


This attractive semi-detached house occupies a convenient location within walking distance of local amenities and bus services within Temple Street. Also within walking distance are local Schools, as well as an entrance into 'The Byes', a delightful riverside walk and cycle track leading to Sidmouth town centre. The town centre and popular Regency Esplanade are approximately three quarters of a mile away, where an excellent range of amenities can be found.


The house offers three bedroom accommodation arranged over two floors, with the ground floor offering a separate sitting room with a fireplace and bay window and a dining room with sliding patio doors leading into the rear garden.
