This detached bungalow enjoys a superb location at the head of a cul-de-sac off Higher Woolbrook Park. The plot is mostly level with only a gentle slope down the driveway and offers attractive, private gardens. The accommodation provides two double bedrooms, sitting room, kitchen breakfast room, shower room and a study or occasional bedroom three. Higher Woolbrook Park is situated within a reasonable distance of "Waitrose", regular bus services and the wide range of amenities at "Woolbrook".
