Eaglehurst Court is situated to the west side of the town and is within walking distance of an excellent range of shopping facilities within Sidmouth town centre and the popular Regency Esplanade. Also nearby, on Station Road, there are regular bus services to the surrounding area. The flat forms part of a most attractive building which enjoys a southerly aspect and is set in well maintained communal gardens. Flat 1 is situated on the ground floor and enjoys a lovely outlook over the communal grounds. The accommodation is well-presented throughout and worthy of particular mention is the kitchen, lounge/dining room and master bedroom, all of which take full advantage of the aspect and have French doors to the outside.
