"A charming two bedroom terraced cottage offering well-presented accommodation and situated on the west side of the town centre.

This two bedroom cottage occupies a delightful, 'tucked away' location on the west side of Sidmouth. The town centre is within walking distance and nearby, on Station Road, there are regular bus services to the surrounding area. The town centre offers an excellent range of amenities including a cottage hospital, health centre, library, indoor swimming pool, theatre and, of course, the popular Regency Esplanade.

The cottage has most attractive mellow brick elevations and internally the accommodation is well-presented. On the ground floor there is a lovely open-plan lounge/dining room which leads into the kitchen and also gives access into a useful rear conservatory area which has a shower and a cloakroom off.
