"A spacious detached bungalow occupying a level and convenient situation within a popular residential area.



This attractive detached bungalow is situated to the lower end of Woolbrook Meadows and is therefore within level walking distance of regular bus services and shopping facilities within Woolbrook. Within a short drive is the popular Waitrose Supermarket and Sidmouth town centre and seafront are approximately a mile and a half away.


The bungalow offers very spacious accommodation and although now in need of modernisation, it does have the benefit of uPVC double glazed windows and gas fired central heating. The large lounge/dining room enjoys a westerly aspect, the kitchen/breakfast room has an adjoining rear lobby, there are two double bedrooms - one having a walk in store and access into the garden and there is a bathroom and separate WC.

From the Sidmouth office proceed up the High Street and straight over the mini-roundabout.
