A spacious modern detached two bedroom bungalow, situated on the level in a quiet and popular residential area within easy walking distance of good local amenities in Woolbrook and close to bus stop. The property is located on a spacious corner plot and offers potential to extend subject to any required consents. Sidmouth town centre with its excellent amenities, ornamental public gardens, esplanade and beaches is only approximately one and a half miles away. Having gas fired central heating, double glazing and well stocked gardens which provide considerable privacy. The property would make an ideal retirement home.


Sidmouth
The picturesque Regency town of Sidmouth has an excellent range of amenities that include two town centre supermarkets, cinema, theatre, library and modern health centre. There is a sports hall with gym, an indoor swimming pool, excellent facilities for sailing, golf, and bowls as well as thriving cricket, rugby and football clubs. There are primary and infant schools, a community college and Church's of various denominations. The cathedral city of Exeter, M5 motorway (junction 30) and Exeter international airport are approximately 15 miles West of Sidmouth.

From our Sidmouth high street office, proceed in a northerly direction via Radway, Vicarage Road and Temple Street. At the recreation ground bear left along Arcot Road, across the mini roundabout into Woolbrook Road and continue for approximately quarter of a mile turning right into Woolbrook Meadows. The property will be found after a short distance on your left hand side.
