This detached, one bedroom bungalow is located within a good sized plot, benefiting from a south facing rear garden and beautiful countryside views towards Salcombe Hill. In our opinion the bungalow could be extended at the rear to create further accommodation (subject to the necessary permissions). A gated driveway at the front of the property provides off road parking for several vehicles and adjoins a screened and well stocked front garden with a variety of flowerbeds providing a spray of colour throughout the seasons. Located in a level position an internal inspection is recommended in order to appreciate the property which comprises of a sitting room, double bedroom, kitchen/breakfast room with pantry, and bathroom. The property benefits from double glazing and gas fired heating. Awaiting EER.
