From Sidmouth proceed out of town up Temple Street and continue turning left at Exeter Cross, signposted Exeter. Continue along over cross roads and mini roundabout passing St.Francis Church on the left hand side. Take the fourth turning on the right into Stowford Rise and proceed up the hill. Follow this road eventually passing Waitrose on your left and continue along. Howarth Close can be found on the right near the end of the cul de sac.
