Pinewood is situated in an elevated position on the east side of town, and as such, affords fantastic views over the Sid Valley along Muttersmoor to Peak Hill, over the town centre to the sea and coastline beyond. This sought after area of Sidmouth is under half a mile from the seafront via the cliff footpath at the bottom of Cliff Road.
