"A surprisingly large detached three bedroom bungalow now in need of modernisation.

DESCRIPTION This is a well planned detached bungalow built in the early 1980's, in a small select cul-de-sac just a couple of minutes walk from the village centre. From the entrance hall is a large living room with patio doors to the rear garden and an open archway leading to the dining room; this in turn leads to the kitchen which has a doorway not only to the utility room but also back to the hall. The master bedroom has an en suite shower room and WC and there are two further bedrooms and a family bathroom. Outside, a driveway leads to a large single garage and there is a south facing rear garden very well stocked with mature ornamental trees and shrubs.
The property has been in the same ownership since its' construction and is now in need of some modernisation and refurbishment. SITUATION Yealmpton is ideally situated for commuting to Plymouth, the city centre being only 8 miles away. There are regular bus services both westwards to Plymouth and eastwards to Dartmouth.
