"This beautiful chocolate box of a cottage is nestled within Underwood village in Plympton offering easy access to the great amenities of the Ridgeway, great schools and pubs offering something for everyone. It comprises, a porch which leads into a charming lounge with a much desired wood burner a real treat throughout the frosty weather to come home to and warm up. There is a spacious dining room which again continues the character charm that you would expect to find in this gem of a home. Beyond this is a family bathroom then the deceptive kitchen/breakfast room with a pelasant outlook out over the private garden. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms each with their own quirky features. The rear garden is immaculate just like the interior of this great property and offers a secluded spot to enjoy the summer sun and has the added bonus of a summer house with a cellar area. This property needs to be viewed internally to fully appreciate the room sizes and how well maintained it has been by the current owner.
