"A well presented 3 bedroom semi detached family home with driveway, gardens, situated close to local amenities and within easy reach of the A38. The main front door opens into the entrance hallway with doors off to the ground floor rooms and stairs to the first floor. The living room is located to the front of the property and has a bay window. The kitchen/diner is positioned to the rear. The dining area has a sliding patio door opening onto the rear garden and the kitchen area is fitted with a range of modern units with spaces available for appliances.  The family bathroom is also located on the ground floor and is fitted with a WC, wash-hand basin and bath with shower over.  To complete the ground floor accommodation there is a very useful storage/utility room.  On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms.  The property benefits from uPVC double glazing and gas central heating.
