The property comprises front porch, lounge, modern kitchen/diner, double bedroom with fitted furniture and walk-in wardrobe and a modern bathroom, with additional benefits including gas central heating, uPVC double glazing and an allocated parking space immediately alongside. Viewing is highly recommended on this "ready-to-move-in" first time buy or ideal rental investment. Ground Floor Porch: c. 8' 5" (2.57m) x 4' 9" (1.45m) A uPVC double glazed door opens into an entrance porch, which benefits from a useful recess for coat hanging and further double glazed windows to the front and side.
