The village of Marldon is a delightful Devon village full of history and character. There are two good pubs, shops and a beautiful church. The village is popular with families because of the highly regarded and popular primary school in the village. Torbay covers three major towns of the bay, Torquay, Paignton and Brixham collectively known as the English Riviera where a comprehensive range of shopping, educational, recreational and sporting needs can be met. If travelling and commuting are important to you Devon has a comprehensive rail network accessed at the mainline railway station in either Totnes or Newton Abbot with rapid regular rail links to London Paddington. DIRECTIONS From Totnes proceed on the A385 towards Paignton. After aproximately 1 mile, turn left towards Berry Pomeroy. Proceed throught the village towards Marldon. Upon reaching the village of Marldon turn right at the mini roundabout into Churscombe Road. Bampton Close is the first turning on the left and number 8 will be found a short way along on the right hand side. LETTING The property is available to rent on an Assured Shorthold Tenancy. Rent ?775.00 per calendar month exclusive of charges for gas, electricity, water and sewerage, council tax and telephone (if any). Deposit ?875.00 (higher if pet is allowed).
