SITUATION The property is situated towards the northern edge of Okehampton town, off of Upcott Hill, in a private semi-rural location yet within easy walking distance of the town's amenities. Okehampton has a good range of services and three supermarkets which include a Waitrose, a range of locally and nationally owned shops and businesses together with schooling from infant to sixth form level. The town has a modern hospital together with a state of the art leisure centre in the attractive setting of Simmons Park.
