An attractive balconied landing with study area looks over this fine space to add to the charm. Most of the first floor has attractive exposed wide pine floorboarding. Outside, the garden is slightly detached from the house and slopes gently down to the tree lined bank of the Wray Brook. This has electricity laid on and is already arranged in two separate rooms.
