SITUATION Windthorn is situated within an enviable secluded location, offering good access to Newton Abbot and beyond. The property is within easy striking distance of the neighbouring village of Marldon and within 2 miles to the Newton Abbot to Totnes road. Ipplepen village centre, being approximately 2.5 miles distant, is a desirable and vibrant village with many amenities including a pre-school, primary school, very useful village shop, post office, medical centre, church and public house.

Continue for approximately one mile and on the left hand side, you will see a distinctive 'leaning' tree. The entrance driveway to Windthorn (which is unmarked, save 'Bridle Path' sign) is just before the distinctive tree on the right hand side.
