The property is situated in a rural yet very accessible location close to chagford and in the Dartmoor National Park with breathtaking views over neighbouring countryside and onto Dartmoor. There is further scope to convert adjoining barns to create more accommodation. Directions From Okehampton take the eastern exit and join the A30 dual carriageway. Exit of the dual carriageway and follow the signs for Whiddon Down. Upon entering this village turn left signposted mortenhampstead and Chagford. Proceed for approximately 2 miles and turn right signposted Murchington. The property will be found on your right. Location The property is situated in a rural yet very accessible location surrounded by countryside. Nearby Chagford is a small Dartmoor National Park Town which is one of the most sought after in Devon driving tourists to its community all year round. It has a wide range of shops and facilities and is close to the larger town of Bovey Tracey and a short drive from the A30 providing easy links to the M5, airports and railway stations.
