ACCOMMODATION Stanmore provides the perfect opportunity for a developer, investor or ambitious end user to create a fabulous family home. It forms part of the former Seale Hayne campus situated in an elevated position enjoying splendid rural country views with glimpses of the Teign Estuary. The property itself dates from approximately the early part of the last century and retains many of its features from the period. The available space is the surprising element with over 1453 square feet, currently neatly made over to four double bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor with three reception rooms on the ground floor.

In addition there is a garage and workshop detached from the house by the formal gardens. This building has off street parking available in front of it, with the possibility to create more. OUTSIDE The property is surrounded on three sides by its own gardens, today they are overgrown and rather unkempt however with a little bit of work they would be fantastic and are boarded by a field and enjoy the far reaching views.
