A terraced house which is thought to date back to the 1950s and was originally built for the local authority. It is finished with mainly brick and part painted rendered elevations, under a tiled roof. The accommodation has previously been extended on the ground floor at the rear and it has been well maintained. There is a good standard of fittings, double glazing is installed and there is a gas fired central heating system. Outside, the enclosed rear garden is a feature and measures around 90' in length.
