A terraced house which is thought to have been built in the 1970s and is finished with principally painted rendered elevations, under a tiled roof. The accommodation has previously been extended on the ground floor at the rear, which has improved the layout. Also, it has undergone a number of improvements, including the refitting of the kitchen and the bathroom. There is a good standard of fittings, double glazing is installed and there is a gas central heating system. Outside, there are gardens at the front and rear.
