"SITUATION
Peters Finger is approximately 3 miles from the social, commercial and shopping facilities of Launceston with the A30 dual carriageway spine road for Cornwall and Devon one mile further. In the other direction, the thriving market town of Holsworthy is approximately 10 miles by road. The A30 dual
carriageway provides easy access eastwards to Exeter (the County City of Devon) with Intercity Rail link,
international airport and M5 motorway link. The City of Plymouth is 28 miles south of Launceston also with
airport and Intercity Rail link and continental ferry port.
