"A detached bungalow in a sought-after area, within easy reach of the town centre and with private, sunny garden to the rear. Immediate possession. Well-fitted kitchen, living room, 1/2 bedrooms. Parking for two cars. EPC Band: F.

SITUATION AND DESCRIPTION Saffron Park is a favoured residential part of the town being within walking distance of the excellent range of shops and amenities that Kingsbridge offers. The Community Primary school is nearby in Belle Cross Road and the highly-rated (Ofsted) Community College and Sports Centre (with a competition-size indoor swimming pool) are also close by.
We understand that the bungalow was constructed in the late 1970s. It has a timber-framed inner leaf and thus benefits from the extra insulation etc associated with that style of building. Externally, it has predominantly rough-cast rendered and colour-washed elevations, off-set by some faced local stone feature work to the front, the whole beneath a tiled roof. The property was extended in 1992, enlarging the original kitchen and providing a new store room to the side.

OUTSIDE To the front of the property is a good sized lawned garden. A driveway provides hard standing room for two cars with a further space in the CARPORT by the front door.
Pathways lead on either side to the rear of the bungalow where there is a generous, full-length TERRACE which is a veritable sun trap. Steps lead from the terrace up to the rear garden which is on three levels and well stocked with a wealth of plants and shrubs.
To one side of the property is a useful STORE ROOM, which could also be incorporated into the principal accommodation, if required. SERVICES Main electricity, water and drainage.
