DESCRIPTION Although not listed, The Old School has had an interesting and varied history! A particular feature of the property is the dual aspect sitting room, with a fitted multi-fuel stove and arched windows to the west elevation, whilst at lower ground floor level are bedrooms 3 and the 4th bedroom/study, a utility room and second bathroom and this part of the property could easily be used informally as an annexe, as it has been in the past.

Externally, it has a delightful, sloping mainly lawned garden, from the upper reaches of which delightful, tranquil views are enjoyed over Goveton and the surrounding countryside.
