The property comprises a glazed porch, sitting room, spacious kitchen/dining room, three bedrooms, one of which is on the ground floor and is currently used as a second sitting room, a bathroom and second WC and an attached garage.

The popular village of Chillington lies on the A379 approximately four and a half miles from Kingsbridge and one and a half miles from the beach at Torcross. It has an excellent village shop and post office, health centre, pub, village hall and green and nearby walks can be enjoyed in open countryside. A bus service connects the village to Kingsbridge and Dartmouth and a number of beaches and coastal walks are within a short drive.
