HOW TO GET THERE From Kingsbridge Quay take the A379 road towards Dartmouth passing through the villages of West Charleton, East Charleton and Frogmore and continue into the village of Chillington. Turn left into Green Park Way and immediately right into Cotmore Way. Follow the road bearing round to the left and the property will be seen on the left hand side.
SITUATION Cotmore Way is a development of similar style modern houses and bungalows situated within walking distance of the centre of the village.
The main bus route passes along the A379 between Kingsbridge and the naval town of Dartmouth. The facilities in the village include Health Centre, shop/Post Office, butcher's shop, hairdressers, and a Public House.
The market town of Kingsbridge is about 5 miles away and there is a wide variety of shops and amenities, leisure centre and Cottage Hospital. There are primary schools at nearby West Charleton and Stokenham and secondary schooling at Kingsbridge Community College.
