SITUATION Combe Farm Barns are situated in the heart of rolling South Hams farmland just under a mile from Ashford, a quiet picturesque village astride a tributary of the River Avon. It is within easy reach of the A379 and almost equi-distant Modbury and Kingsbridge, both of which offer an excellent range of shops, services and facilities. The pretty village of Aveton Gifford is just under two miles or so to the South whilst Plymouth with its road, rail and air links is some 15 miles to the West. DESCRIPTION Converted in 2000, the accommodation is imaginatively arranged over three levels and affords a wealth of individuality and character. Proceed through Ashford and up the hill and after a further half a mile or so turn left at Combe Cross signed Combe. Follow this road down over the hill and then fork right down over the hill (just a few yards after the sign for Knowle Farm). Pass Spring Bank on the left hand side and the entrance to Combe Farm
