SITUATION Combe Farm Barns are situated in the heart of rolling South Hams farmland just under a mile from Ashford, a quiet picturesque village astride a tributary of the River Avon. It is within easy reach of the A379 and almost equi-distant Modbury and Kingsbridge, both of which offer an excellent range of shops, services and facilities. The pretty village of Aveton Gifford is just under two miles or so to the South whilst Plymouth with its road, rail and air links is some 15 miles to the West.
