HOW TO GET THERE From Luscombe Maye's Modbury office take the A379 towards Plymouth. Bear right at Flete House following signs to Ermington. Upon entering Ermington proceed through the village heading towards Ivybridge. The property is located approximately half a mile past the church on the left hand side.
