"Spring Cottage is a period end terraced cottage located in an elevated position with far reaching countryside views and a gorgeous walled garden within the heart of the popular village of Bittaford

DESCRIPTION
Hugely loved and appreciated over the years, Spring Cottage offers a charming home within a delightful village setting and is in good condition throughout. The accommodation is bright and spacious with large uPVC double glazed windows allowing light to flood in from all angles.

As a village, Bittaford is best known for it s viaduct which runs right through the centre of the village, along with being just a few minutes drive from Ivybridge and the A38 dual carriageway. Nearby Ivybridge provides a wealth of local amenities including a vast array of boutique shops, restaurants and cafes, multiple pubs and a plethora of other services. Regular bus routes operate through the area providing links into Plymouth and other areas across the South Hams and Ivybridge Train Station also connects the area with other parts of the UK. There are a number of popular primary schools across the area and Ivybridge Community College is a well regarded secondary school.
