"A well presented family home, boasting four double bedrooms and nicely situated tucked away at the end of a quiet cul de sac within walking distance of Ivybridge Town Centre.

DESCRIPTION
This lovely family property has been very well kept over the years and benefits from uPVC double glazing and gas central heating throughout. Upon entry through the front door a porch welcomes you and leads into the ground floor accommodation. Located at the front of the property, what was once an integrated garage has now been converted into a useful fourth bedroom which currently has fitted units for use as a home office or studio.
