"This deceptively spacious terraced family home is situated in a popular and sought after location central to the town and close to the High Street shops, local amenities and schools for all ages. The property enjoys a pleasant open outlook over surrounding properties towards the Torr s and Cairn. This house has been well loved by the current owners and is offered onto the open market in excellent order, as well as having a wealth of character and charm which has been stylishly blended with modern touches. There have been several upgrades to the property in recent years which includes the kitchen being re wired and a new gas fired boiler installation.

The living accommodation is incredibly light and airy throughout, and enjoys a pleasant visual flow from room to room. Barnstaple, North Devon s main trading centre is approximately 12 miles away with many of the big name shops and a rail link to the inter city network. North Devon has a huge amount to offer with the fabulous golden sand surfing beaches at Woolacombe, Croyde and Saunton just a short car ride away. The Exmoor National Park is also within easy reach and enjoys some breath taking scenery and miles and miles of walking.
