SITUATION AND AMENITIES Quietly situated in a favoured no through road on high ground, with pleasant views over Combe Martin village, towards open countryside, yet the property is within easy access of the village centre and sea front. The regional centre of Barnstaple is about 10 miles, and houses the areas main business, commercial, leisure and shopping venues. Junction 27 of the M5 Motorway and Tiverton Parkway Mainline Rail are about 42 miles distant. The property is within 15 minutes of both Exmoor and Ilfracombe, and a little further a field are the popular surfing and sandy beach resorts of Croyde and Woolacombe.
