"'The Old Dairy' is one of a cluster of fabulous barn conversions dating back to the late nineteenth century, that are situated amongst the beautiful fields and countryside of Honiton. This property offers flexible, well-proportioned accommodation that manages to mix period charm with contemporary living. The property is located roughly 3 miles from the town of Honiton with its shops, schools, doctors' surgeries and other amenities and also benefits from good access to the Cathedral City of Exeter and the town of Tiverton, both within 30 minutes drive away.
In brief the accommodation comprises a spacious triple aspect lounge diner with views of the surrounding countryside, a large farmhouse style kitchen breakfast room complete with integrated units and a Rangemaster cooker, a utility room and cloakroom to the downstairs. Upstairs there are four good sized double bedrooms, each benefiting from exposed beams and rafters and enjoying fabulous views across the surrounding fields and paddocks.
