SITUATION The property lies in a most convenient location 3 miles from the ancient market town of Holsworthy. The town offers a wide variety of shops set around the town square, doctors, dentists and veterinary surgeries, places of worship and Waitrose supermarket, together with schools to GCSE standard, amateur dramatic theatre, library and sporting clubs. The coastal resort of Bude is 6 miles to the west, where one can find a variety of shops and supermarkets, educational facilities up to A level standard, health centre, veterinary surgery and many leisure activities such as an 18-hole golf course and an indoor heated swimming pool. The A39 links Barnstaple and Wadebridge and provides access to the picturesque North Cornish coast. At Exeter there is access to the M5 motorway network, a mainline railway station serving London Paddington and international airport.
