"Spacious village home in an excellent position on the Square. Only a few miles from the Cornish coast.  Open fires and beams.  Views of the countryside and just a stagger from the village pub!
 
SITUATION
1 Higher Village is situated in the heart of the popular village of Pyworthy.  The village boasts a primary school, village hall and public house and is the centre of a thriving local community.  The ‘Pyworthy Post’ illustrates the range of activities, from the gardening club to car safari’s.
 
ACCOMMODATION
Porch with solid timber door opens to the Entrance Hall with stairs rising to the first floor.  Both the principle reception rooms open off the hall.  The Sitting Room on the front of the property has a super multi fuel stove in the fireplace.  The Dining Room also on the front of the house has a window seat looking out to the square and fireplace which is currently blocked.  The Kitchen is on the rear of the property with two windows looking out to the gardens and fitted with a range of units and work surfaces.  Built-in electric oven and LPG gas hob.  Stone floor and door to the Utility Room containing oil fired boiler serving the central heating system, space for large fridge/freezer and plumbing and space for washing machine.  WC and wash hand basin.  Door and window to the rear garden.
