It is nicely situated on the very edge of this peaceful hamlet between Holsworthy and Bude.

LOCATION
Derril is a quiet rural hamlet, about 1 mile from the village of Pyworthy with its popular inn, village hall, primary school and church. The bustling market town of Holsworthy is some three miles and offers a good range of shops, schooling to secondary level and excellent recreational facilities including a leisure centre and very popular 18 hole golf course. The coastal town of Bude is some 9 miles and has spectacular cliff sidewalks and outstanding surfing beaches.

DIRECTIONS TO FIND
From Holsworthy, proceed on the main A3072 Bude road, and after 1.2 miles turn left signed Pyworthy. Follow this country road for about a mile and upon reaching the hamlet of Derril, 'The Haven' will be found on the left hand side with a Christopher Bond 'For Sale' notice clearly displayed.
