The history in Exmouth goes back over 250 million years to the Triassic period as the town is gateway to the UNESCO Jurassic Coast World Heritage Site. This property is situated in the heart of Exmouth which is on the east side of the mouth of the River Exe estuary on the English Channel. It's true that the bustling two kilometres of beachfront isn't enough to move somewhere like this, the golden sand, pedalo boats, amusement arcades and kids' playgrounds, and plenty of beachside pubs, restaurants, bars, and ice cream stalls is enough to make anyone want to call this town their home.

This property offers so much character and potential for any buyer! Being located at the back of the hustle and bustle of the high street means that this quirky and quaint character filled home is quiet & private which is perfect for those who are looking to be close to all of the amenities but be far enough away from the town to feel serene and calm. This 2 bedroom property has so much personality with it's exposed brickwork and beams, which guide you through the home and offer you little surprises in any corner. With double aspect rooms and an open staircase into the reception area, this house is so bright and uplifting upon entry. This property really does tick all the boxes for those people who don't want to feel crammed and restricted in any way!

Built before the 1900's this property really does echo the history supplied to you from the village. The peculiar lay-out and design is very unique and is also renovated and decorated to a very high standard. All rooms are neutrally decorated; meaning that this is truly a blank canvas for any buyer to truly put their stamp on the place and call it their home. Unlike a lot of properties in seaside towns, this property lends you a multitude of storage space including an integral garage! This garage is a great asset to the home because not only can this be used for private parking (which is desirable) but it is also a great storage place for any hobby-based activities (e.g. watersports). With direct access to the garage from the inside of the property through the Utility space you will never fear walking dirtsand through the home again.

This is a perfect investment for a growing family or a first time buyer and is definitely worth a viewing so you can feel the space and vibrancy of the home upon entry yourself! Book in for a viewing today to not miss out!
