The property is quietly situated in the much sought after location in Raddenstile lane, only a short walk from the beach and nearby town centre. Exmouth marks the western gateway of the Jurassic World Heritage coastline. The beach has 2 miles of golden sands and distinctive dramatic cliffs of red Jurassic rock which characterises these Devon coastlines. There is no shortage of leisure opportunities with sailing, windsurfing, kite surfing, water skiing, diving, tennis, bowls, cricket, river cruises and many more.
