"LOCATION St Leonards lies to the southeast of Exeter City centre and is one of the most desired addresses in the city. College Road sits just a stone's throw from the heart of St Leonards - Magdalen Road: a bustling little street full of boutique shops. It offers: a delicatessen, fishmongers, greengrocers, farm shop, wine shop, bakery, convenience store, various cafes and restaurants, public house, florist, pharmacy, hairdressers and a launderette, to name but a few.
