From the Topsham Town Centre proceed out on the High Street and turn right into Denver Road before the filling station. On Denver Road turn left into Newcourt Road and continue along this road to the very end crossing over the motorway bridge and 135 is the brick house at the end.


Situation
Topsham remains an estuary town of nationwide renown, reflected in its character, period cottages and homes. Perfectly blended with a range of modern homes.
