ACCOMMODATION COMPRISES: The front door is approached through a mature walled garden, mostly decorated gravel, with established fruit trees and bushes. Front door opens into vestibule and leads to hallway. The spacious lounge overlooks the front garden and has a feature fireplace with wooden surround and a wood burning stove. It is a nicely lit room with a bay window, picture rails, and TV and telephone connections. There is a well proportioned dining room, with rear aspect. A spacious kitchen/breakfast room with fitted wall and floor units and integrated electric oven and gas hob. (There is a redundant Rayburn stove.) An under stairs cupboard provides plenty of storage space. A useful utility area has plumbing for a washing machine and a WC.
Upstairs are there are three good size double bedrooms and a family bathroom with contemporary white suite comprising bath with shower screen, WC and wash hand basin.
Outside is a rear courtyard garden which is partially covered and has a side access gate. There is no access to or use of the garage.
