From the secure communal entrance, stairs lead up to the second floor landing where the front door to the property is found. The L shaped hallway has three very useful good size storage cupboards. To the left hand side; door leading to the second bedroom, a small double with a built in wardrobe, and window looking to the rear of the building. The main bedroom is a larger double room and offers plenty of space for furniture.

The main living area is very spacious and boasts spectacular views across the City to the countryside beyond. Neutrally decorated, with an electric fire and light wooden mantelpiece, there is ample room for lounge and dining room furniture.

The kitchen has a range of wall and base units, light wood effect laminate flooring, stainless steel sink, brand new appliances including a washer/dryer, fridge/freezer and electric oven and hob. This is a very good sized room and there is plenty of space for storage and cooking. The view from the window is similar to the lounge.

The modern bathroom benefits from a white suite comprising WC, bath with electric shower over, basin and small cupboard. White tiles with a blue mosaic feature, and light wood effect laminate flooring add to the clean contemporary look of the room.

Coates road will be the first left. Follow the road up and around, Chichester House will be found on the left hand side; parking can be found behind the front block, with number 37 being found in the left hand corner.
