SITUATION The property is situated on the edge of the village of Rewe which lies on the A396, the Exe Valley road leading to Tiverton. The property is just over two miles from the popular village of Silverton which provides local facilities, whilst Stoke Canon with its church, primary school, pub, village shop/post office is less than two miles. The centre of the cathedral and university city of Exeter is only five miles with Exeter St David's station being about 4 miles. Wonderful walks are enjoyed in the nearby countryside of the Culm and Exe Valleys whilst the National Trust owned Killerton House and Park is less than two miles. DESCRIPTION Forches House is a generous detached property set in approximately 2.34 acres situated on the edge of the village of Rewe.
