"Occupying a secluded spot with views over Hele and distant rolling hills, this well presented 3 bedroom semi detached house has a large garden and open views.

This semi detached property was built in the 1950 s of traditional brick construction, for the workers of the paper mill at the bottom of the hill. The house is well presented throughout offering comfortable accommodation with downstairs utility room, workshop and cloakroom, with living room offering open views, modern kitchen and separate dining room.
Upstairs offers two good double bedrooms and good sized third bedroom with family bathroom. The property benefits from mains gas central heating and double glazing throughout.

A large, maturely planted garden offers open views over Hele and to the surrounding countryside. Within the garden, there are two patio areas, perfect for enjoying evening sunshine, with lawned areas and chippings forming paths and steps down through to the road at the bottom which has a useful access gate.

From Bradninch, Exeter can also be quickly accessed via the B3181, via Hele and Broadclyst, and is approximately 15 minutes drive.
