" 41 Bourn Rise located in the ever popular Pinhoe area of Exeter is a spacious two bedroom mid terrace house. Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac setting the property enjoys an elevated position offering fantastic views across Exeter to the Exe Estuary and Haldon Forest.
